Chris Null is a dedicated conservative who believes that government works best when it's closest to the people. As a longtime advocate for local control and responsible governance, Chris has been on the front lines fighting against top-down mandates that threaten our Utah way of life.
Chris is a passionate defender of election integrity and has worked with organizations like Keep My Voice to ensure that Utah voters have a real say in choosing their representatives. He believes that the caucus-convention system gives grassroots activists the power to hold politicians accountable.
As your State Senator, Chris will fight to protect local zoning decisions from state overreach, defend the sanctity of life, protect your Second Amendment rights, and keep taxes low by limiting government spending.
Where I stand on the topics that matter most to Utah families
Sacramento-style housing mandates have no place in Utah. I will fight against state legislation that encourages high-density developments into our neighborhoods without community input. High-density increases the cost of housing, we need to stop pretending its the solution. Our communities must decide what's right for them—not developers in Salt Lake City.
Zoning decisions should always be made by local elected officials who are accountable to their neighbors, to serve Utah families. I will defend the right of cities and counties from distant state agencies to control their own growth and development.
Every legal vote should count, and every illegal vote dilutes yours.
I support the caucus-convention system that gives grassroots citizens a voice. We must protect the people’s and their political parties’ rights in nominating and selecting the candidates and leaders of their choosing. I support ending SB54.
I believe that every life is precious and deserves protection from conception to natural death. I will fight to protect the unborn and support policies that value life at every stage.
The right to keep and bear arms is fundamental to our liberty. I will oppose any legislation that infringes on law-abiding Utahns' constitutional right to defend themselves and their families.
The best way to keep taxes low is to limit government spending. I will fight against wasteful programs and ensure that your hard-earned money stays in your pocket—not funding bigger government. Governement must not pick winners and losers.
